Abdul Manap Jambi https://ejournal.marqchainstitute.or.id/index.php/Jhsn/article/view/48 <p><em>Hyperemesis gravidarum is vomiting that occurs in early pregnancy until the gestational age of 20 weeks, where sometimes vomiting occurs so intense and interfere with daily activities. Hyperemesis gravidarum can harm the health of the mother that can cause a weight loss of more than 5% and lead to metabolic disorders. This research is a descriptive retrospective cross-sectional design with data collection on the patient's medical record for a year in 2019. This research was conducted at the &nbsp;RSUD H. Abdul Manap Jambi. In this study found pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum based on the age of the mother most of the high experienced by pregnant women in the age group &lt;25 years as many as 30 people (68,2%). Based on the parity of the most high experienced by pregnant women in the group of parity primigravida as many as 30 people (68,2%). Based on the level of education of the mother most of the high experienced by pregnant women who have a high SCHOOL education that is as much as 18 people (40,9%). The results of the statistical test of this study concluded with the results of the test of SPSS version 17 the obtained value of the largest there is on the issue of nursing disorders of fluid balance with the amount of 52,3%, followed by disorders of nutrition with the number of the 31.8%, and the last is hipertermi with the amount of 15.9%. Based on the results of the analysis of nursing assessments of hyperemesis gravidarum cases experienced by pregnant women (research samples), three nursing diagnoses or nursing problems were found including fluid balance disorders, nutritional balance disorders and hyperthermia. The nursing problems experienced by the sample are in accordance with the implementation of the diagnosis according to the IDHS. From the three diagnoses, a priority nursing diagnosis was obtained, namely fluid balance disorders. The aim of this studyto find out Dietary Compliance for Patients with Diabetes Mellitus at UPT Puskesmas Dusun VI Sunggal District in 2022.This research design is descriptive.The population in this study were 196 people with diabetes mellitus at the UPT Puskesmas Sunggal DistrictAccidental Sampling techniquewith a total sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis used univariate test. The results of the study obtained adherence to the Diabetes Mellitus Diet at UPT Puskesmas Dusun VI, Sunggal District in 2022. There were 23 people (76.7%) in the obedient category and 7 people (23.3%) in the non-compliant category. The background is based on the nutritional and academic performance challenges faced by children in the primary school setting, exposing the need for holistic interventions to improve their health and learning. The research method utilized a longitudinal design with a population of XYZ Primary School students as the sample. The nutrition intervention involved providing a healthy breakfast and nutritious lunch for 6 months. The results showed a significant improvement in students' nutritional status, especially in the BMI category and hemoglobin levels. In addition, there was a consistent improvement in academic performance along with the nutritional intervention. The backdrop is persistent mental health inequalities among adolescents from low socioeconomic backgrounds, which require in-depth understanding for more effective interventions. The objective was to identify the influence of socioeconomic factors on adolescents' mental health over time. The study method involved a sample of 500 adolescents with baseline data collection and follow-up every six months for two years, with longitudinal regression analysis to interpret the results. The results showed a significant relationship between socioeconomic factors and adolescent mental health, with implications for the development of interventions that address socioeconomic aspects.
